Shipments and Returns

Retail Customers


Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our courier intermediary InterParcel. All packages will have tracking available.

Please note that after the package is sent we no longer have any control over it.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Packaging is sized specifically for individual products, boxes for multiple items will have appropriate packing materials added, and your items are well-protected. However, if there is damage in transit, please contact us for information on ordering replacement items. We will require broken items to be sent back.

Please note that:
• we do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
• international shipping cannot be automatically calculated, and will require a separate invoice after the fees have been calculated.


Returns must be made no later than 180 days after intial purchase from point of retail.

All returns must go through the retailer you purchased from initially. If you made your initial purchase through us, we will cheerfully exchange your damaged item for a new one, or provide credit where exchange is not possible, after we have satisfactorily assesed that the damage is due to defect or manufacturer error. Please note that we will not provide exchange or credit on any items that show signs of tampering, alteration, or other signs of purposeful damage. Please take care of your equipment, including regular use of Silicone Maintenance Spray for all weapons and shields, and appropriate lubricants and waxes for armour and accessories.

Wholesale Customers


Shipping charges will be added after your order, and you will be notified of the final account as soon as a shipping estimate has been provided to us.

If you have your own courier/freight service and would like shipments billed to your account with them we are happy to make arrangements.


Please ensure all items being returned are due to clear manufacturer defect. Epic Armoury Australia does not provide warranty on items that are damaged due to clear negligence or wanton damage.

Upon receipt of damaged items, all items found to be defective by dint of manufacturer error will be credited back to your wholesale account.
