Cancellation Policy

An order may be cancelled for full refund where the following conditions are met at the time of the cancellation request:

1. The order placed has not yet been sent or booked in with a courier service.

2. The order is not for a custom request or special order item.

3. The request is made to our staff, either by our website form, or during business hours by phone or in person, with all relevant details of the order provided. 

 

Where an order has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled but the items may be returned for change of mind. This will usually attract a 10% restock fee. Note that the cost of returning the items is the responsibility of the customer.

Where an order has been booked in with a courier service but has not yet been picked up by the courier, we may be able to cancel it but cannot guarantee this due to time constraints with such requests.

If an order is for an item that is a custom request or a special order item (a product we would not normally stock or if it is in low demand so would only be ordered in on request), a cancellation fee may apply depending on the circumstances. However, if the cancellation occurs before the product is created or ordered in, the standard cancellation terms apply.
