Epic Armoury Australia's response to COVID19

At Epic Armoury Australia we're wondering ways we can LARP whilst in isolation.

In Store

Obviously with the current COVID19 pandemic LARP is basically cancelled for now, and people cannot even come into our store.
The warehouse remains open (for now) allowing people to still shop online, and we will continue to fulfil orders as long as we have the stock to do so. Please be aware that there will be a protracted wait on backordered items as both our production facilities and international shipping are expericing huge delays amid all of this.
We're also working on the technical aspects of allowing people to shop in store by telepresence.

Helping LARP Community Continue In The Time Of Social Distancing

In regards to ongoing LARP groups around the country, we've also heard of lots of groups around Australia (and the world) moving their LARP or more general RP activities temporarily online to ease the away-from-battle blues.

We are interested in supporting those Australian LARPs' furlough efforts by both creating a directory of activities LARPers can join in on, and by offering vouchers for use here, to be used as prizes for the activities those LARP are running to keep their community together at this time.

We're basically offering voucher support like a grants tender - If you run an Australian LARP group fill out this form, we'll review it, and allocate a number of vouchers accordingly for your activity.
If you're running online trivia, tabletop RPG games over Skype, In-Character AMAs, or whatever, let us know and during April we'll allocate something to your group to do our part to help keep spirits up.

For the significantly larger organisations (e.g. Swordcraft and Heroes Odyssey) individual warbands may also apply.

Lastly, if you would like to have your event listed publicly to attract more players, make sure to tick the box for the Virtual LARP Directory.
