As you infiltrate the city, you pass by the gates completely unnoticed in your Altair Vest. Had the guards known your intentions, you’d be hunted as a killer. Thankfully today no one knows that you have such a mission.
You find your target as he enters his hideout, two of his guards at his side. There might be a way to get inside without detection--and that’s when you spot the open window on the third floor. That won’t be too difficult to reach. Not for a skilled assassin such as you.
You use the silence as a cloak of armour, masked in the darkness with the help of your Mempo, waiting for the perfect opportunity. You ready your throwing knives, ready to launch your deadly attack when the lord finally emerges from inside the keep. One quick flick of your wrist and the lord breathes his last, you knife hitting its mark...and you vanish, leaving their guards bewildered and afraid.
Char-a'ina translates as "four mirror", referring to the four plates that compose this type of armour. the historical examples that survive to today are usually those of noblemen, highly detailed and engraved with scenes of from the lives of those that wore them. The Khopesh (also vocalized khepesh) is an Egyptian sickle-sword that evolved from battle axes.
A typical khopesh is 50–60 cm in length, though smaller examples do also exist. The blunted edge of the weapon's tip also served as an effective bludgeon, as well as a hook. These weapons changed from bronze to iron in the New Kingdom period. The earliest known depiction of a khopesh is from the Stele of Vultures, depicting King Eannatum of Lagash wielding the weapon; this would date the khopesh to at least 2500 BC.
This couldn't be how it ended. Alan dead in the muck, leagues away from home, only to die in the sand. His thoughts raced in the sickly sweet smelling air. Peach and copper and mango and wheat grass all fought inside his nose as the other man breathed in his face. "This is the last dagger you'll ever see, Crusader Dog!" the hashshin crowed, as he sat astride Samuel, knife to his throat as he lay in the sand just outside what he thought to be his final goal. This took Samuel by surprise "So it's a dessert dagger, then?" "Yes, it's a... no! Wait, what?!" But that was all the distraction he needed. A swift headbutt rang both of their helmets like bells, the chainmail on the kulah khud jangling in harmony like the smaller ones attached to festive holly. As his assailant reeled Samuel shoved him off and sprang to his feet. Quickly grabbing his templar shield, he delivered a swift kick to the ribs and then ran inside the building. "For the Sovereign!" Samuel roared "Juice Vault!"
"There it is again! What was that!?" whispered Trema.
"You're being paranoid," responded Durgon "ain't nothing here but us, this treasure, and this large statue."
The statue waited until they past before flexing its arms again.
Epic Armoury’s Epic Dark Rogue Arm is a pair of vambraces featuring intimidating, pointed elbow couters. These vambraces protect the top of the forearm down to the wrist, secured by two comfortable leather straps. Rolled edges and small ridges around the rim further protect the elbow and arm, making it less likely that you would take a lucky strike from an enemy
The Rogue Arm is designed to match Epic Armoury’s Rogue Armour, but is fully usable with other Epic Armoury metal products, giving you the freedom to customize your character’s costume. Made of 1 mm thick galvanized mild steel and top-grain leather, this armour set is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.
Someone might say that you are a cruel person. The truth is that you aren’t cruel--but you certainly aren’t a hero, either. The Battle of Delle is not one for your homeland or for your own people, but the pay is good and the fighting even better.
Life as a mercenary has made you into a hardened and effective warrior, and while some call it ‘luck’ when your enemy’s sword slides off your RFB Arm Protection, you call it strategy. After all, now your enemy’s heart is a wide open target.
Epic Dark Metal is the result of a long ongoing development. The Epic Dark Metal comes to life after a series of surface treatments, giving the armour the special rugged, antique look. Epic Dark Metal finish protects brilliantly against rust and is very durable.
